Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be completely happy with their order.

If you’re a first-time shopper purchasing fragrances for personal use (three bottles or fewer in a single order), and you’re not satisfied with your fragrance, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify, the fragrance must be gently used—sprayed only a few times. Contact our customer service team to request a complimentary prepaid return label.

For all returning customers, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus shipping and handling, any applicable return label fees, and a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days after we receive your returned package. Once issued, it may take several additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, opened, or altered in any way cannot be returned or credited. Refunds or credits will only be issued once the returned products have been received and inspected by our fulfillment team.

Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns. To obtain one, please contact our customer service team — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please Note: Due to U.S. health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of Makeup, Cosmetics, Skin Care, or Hair Care items under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please reach out to us immediately at service@myfragrancestore.com so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
